Artist's Comments
My present team in Pokemon Pearl. Made in Photoshop for two days (one for line art and another for coloring). Tried to match the colors as closely as possible with Ken Sugimori's artwork; also changed some details with regards to the original line art.
A little 'behind the scenes': My classmates would probably recognize that outfit. It's a rough replica of my prom wear for senior year even if the hair's arranged a bit differently. Yeah, I donned pants that time... << I actually have a sixth Pokemon in my party, but I'm not [yet] that happy with him. For the time being, it's only Palkia (Kira), Flygon (Zephyr), Milotic (Amefuri), Glaceon (Yuki), and Salamence (Ryuu). Yeah, I have a thing for those kinds of names (pardon me). My party is predominantly male, except for Palkia who's genderless. I really need a female sixth Pokemon... I'm part dragon trainer (notice the three dragons?) and also a bit of a ribbon/contest addict. Everyone in my active team must have at least four ribbons to be considered really part of the elite six. >> |
